In her practice, Maria works with a focus on exploring both the conscious and unconscious aspects of human experience to help resolve personal struggles within the family and workplace. She assists clients to engage in self-observation so they can discover more about who they are and how they unconsciously affect their relationships. She works with a wide range of human experience such as:
|anxiety and depression||managing strong emotions||marriage and relationship difficulties||communication problems|
|confidence and self-esteem concerns||trauma, grief and stress||lack of fulfilment in life|
Maria continues to renew her practice of psychotherapy, completing the Hakomi Integrative Psychotherapy course of training which is a mindfulness based approach to psychotherapy.
